After reading a bad review of Surfdome, I was interested in buying but scared. such as unsecured

Great! Excellent product at a great price, shipping included and without lots of plastic packaging. Item arrived safe and sound, as described and on time, perfect!

I have made 5 or 6 purchases now with Surfdome. All have come super quick and all were spot on. As such will remain a repeat customer. Cheers guys ?

I ordered something at 20:39 and it was delivered at 09:54 the next day, very impressed with that and goods are perfect too

I was in the market to replace my surfboard , after a quick internet search I found the exact size and construction I was looking for on surfdome.us .... to be 100% honest I was VERY concerned when I read the reviews and saw all of the negative feedback, but decided to give them a fair shake and placed the order ...... I'm located in southern California and placed the order on a Saturday, the board was scheduled to arrive that Tuesday, I really wasn't expecting it to arrive that fast at all , but decided to get ahold of them on Monday to see if there was a tracking number available, I first tried calling the 800 customer service number and never got ahold of anyone, that's when I became a little worried and after reading the reviews was expecting the worst... HOWEVER I tried their "live chat" option and was replied to within minutes, and was VERY helpful and professional, the board arrived on time and in absolute mint condition , I got a REALLY good deal on this too , I will definitely be buying from them in the future, If anyone is reading these reviews and worried about if this site is legit or if the products are authentic , it is 100% legit and I will be placing another order with surdome on my next purchase.... hope this helps! WARNING - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered from hundreds of retailers over the last couple of years and never had any issues. If there are issues, they are resolved with some degree of customer care.

I placed an order with Sufdome recently and the parcel was delivered to the wrong address (their fault). They have done nothing to help, their customer service is the most appauling I have ever dealt with. No offer to try and resolve the problem, just blame on the customer.

Please think twice before ordering with Surfdome - you can find the same products elsewhere and hopefully a company which is more reliable and honest in its dealings.

Shocked, appauled, no words to describe how bad this is.

I sent a message to customer service right away with photos. It took them a week to respond. They offered me a discount or return + refund.

I asked for a return + refund and no response. It’s been over 2 weeks. I’m appalled by their lack of response.

Do NOT purchase from Surfdome unless you have the money to blow.

Bought 2 pairs of shorts and the items were never delivered. The tracking number took me to royal mail where they state they haven't received the item. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Its now been over 2 weeks..

Wrong Surfboard +Long time of waiting + Bad Customer Service

I ordered a surfboard on 5th May and then after 60 days later I received the wrong surfboard. I emailed the customer service and then they said they would offer me a partial refund to keep the item or I can choose to return.

Then I asked about how much is the partial refund and what is the detail about how to return. I was hesitant whether to keep it or not because its not easy to return the item across counties . It took a week of the customer service to reply but the reply was only a return website. It is obvious the customer service didn’t read my email at all because I didn’t get any answer to what I asked. Then the customer service disappeared. After weeks until now I still didn’t get any useful reply. That was really irresponsible of the customer service.

By reading the reviews above, I think there were many customers who had the same problems. I would like to give 0 star to this purchase experience but there is no such choice.

Paid for a express delivery to Singapore and expected delivery date is 11 July 2022 but till date I have yet to receive the item

I received my online order very quickly. There was a small issue with my order which was resolved very quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely shop here again A+.

I'd be extremely cautious purchasing a higher priced item here unless you have the money to blow.

Ordered and received 2 Rab T shirts. 2 separate deliveries one ex Belgium caused a slight delay but happy overall with Comms and speed of arrival. Noted one of the 2 shirts was tagged as female clothing but I could not find a picture anywhere of the garment being worn by anything other than male models? Oh well.

Ordered on 4 Jul, yet to received the order till date. Checked delivery tracking, show still on transit. Not sure why so long. Can I get help on this?
